Q: Where can I find my meeting Zoom link?
A: Your Zoom link can be found directly in your consultation confirmation email!
It can also be found in patient portal by clicking "manage appointment" on the dashboard. This will take you to a confirmation page with the zoom link.
Q: My Zoom link isn't working. What do I do?
A: Your Zoom link can be found in the patient portal by clicking "manage appointment" on the dashboard. This will take you to a confirmation page with the zoom link. If you are trying to access your Zoom link to an appointment and it's not working, please call 917-274-7730 for additional immediate support.
Q: My camera isn't working. What do I do?
A: Please see Zoom's help article for troubleshooting. Video conferencing is necessary in order for our medical team to complete a full assessment. If your camera is not working, you may need to reschedule your consultation until your camera is working. Please try the steps outlined in the zoom help article in the meantime.
