Ketamine can be administered in various ways, including through an IV, nasal spray, or intramuscular injection. At Journey Clinical, we only use the sublingual rapidly dissolving tablet (RDT) form. The ketamine tablets are held under the tongue and dissolve almost immediately.
Unlike some other routes which must take place in a clinical setting, sublingual lozenges are safe to administer in an office or home environment.
