If you are new to Journey Clinical and do not yet have a therapist or Patient Portal account:
Next Steps:
- Click this link to Get Started and select “I’m a Patient”: https://www.journeyclinical.com/get-started
- Tell us about yourself and create your Patient Portal account
- On your Patient Portal home page, click the purple “Get Started” or “Continue” button
- You’ll be prompted to pay and complete a few intake forms
- Schedule your one-hour intake evaluation with our Medical Team (typically within the week)
- Our team will contact you to match you with a KAP-trained Journey Clinical therapist
Patients Who Have a Journey Clinical Therapist but Have Not Yet Been Referred
If you are working with a Journey Clinical therapist but haven’t received a Patient Portal invitation yet:
Next Steps:
- Ask your therapist to submit an internal referral to Journey Clinical
- Once the referral is submitted, you’ll receive a welcome email inviting you to set up your Patient Portal
After creating your account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Patient Portal: https://my.journeyclinical.com/users/sign_in
- On your Patient Portal home page, click the purple “Get Started” or “Continue” button
- You’ll be prompted to pay and complete a few intake forms
- Schedule your one-hour intake evaluation with our Medical Team
Patients Who Have Been Referred by a Journey Clinical Therapist
If your therapist has already submitted a referral to Journey Clinical and you have received a welcome email:

- Locate your welcome email and log in to your Patient Portal: https://my.journeyclinical.com/users/sign_in
- On your Patient Portal home page, click the purple “Get Started” or “Continue” button
- You’ll be prompted to pay and complete a few intake forms
- Schedule your one-hour intake evaluation with our Medical Team
After your intake appointment, you will coordinate with your therapist to schedule your first dosing session.
We recommend booking your dosing session approximately 10 days after your intake, to ensure your medication has time to arrive and you’ve completed any necessary preparation.
