Please log into your Patient Portal to reschedule your appointment. On your Dashboard where the consultation date and time appears, click on "Manage appointment," and the system will give you an option to reschedule.
Please keep in mind that you cannot reschedule a consultation within three days of the scheduled start time without a cancellation fee. If you need to cancel an appointment or reschedule with less than 3 day's notice, please contact the Journey Clinical Team for assistance. You can also call us at 833-668-1588.
