The initial consultation fee is fully refundable in the following scenarios:
- If you are ineligible for KAP (this will be determined during the initial consultation), or
- If you decide not to go through with the KAP process before your initial consultation (you must give at least 72 hours notice of this decision before your appointment to avoid a late cancelation fee).

Late cancellation or rescheduling (within 72 hours of visit) as well as no-shows will be granted a partial refund, retaining the following cancellation fees:
- Initial Evaluation: $213
- Follow Up: $178
Refunds may take 5-10 business days to be processed.
