Ketamine prescriptions do need to be signed for upon delivery. OptioRx pharmacy can send a prescription to your office or home, but an adult > 18 years old will need to sign for it. Delivery can also be requested to a UPS location, but you need to be over 21 and have an ID with you to be able to pick up. You will receive a text message from OptioRx with tracking information once your prescription has been processed and is in-transit.
If your prescription is being sent to your home and you are not present when they attempt delivery, UPS will make three delivery attempts, and you will be responsible for coordinating pick up or delivery within that period. If you do not pick it up in that period, it will be returned and you will have to purchase a new prescription. Please follow the tracking information texted to you.
Please always confirm your shipping details with your Journey Clinical prescriber during your consultation, and let them know if you need the shipment to be delivered to an alternative address to your permanent address.
